Yachtsman’s Point is a private community consisting of 231 lots located in southern Davidson County, North Carolina. Just ten miles south of Lexington, Yachtsman’s Point is within easy commuting to Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Charlotte.
Yachtsman’s Point features a private swimming pool, gazebo for entertaining and two tennis courts along with a wooded hiking trail. A fenced, private boat storage yard is available for residents who do not have direct access to the lake through their own piers. The development contains both waterfront home sites and wooded sites. All home sites have access to High Rock Lake through Skipjack Marina that is located within the development.
The combination to the boat yard will be changed as of April 1. To receive the new combination members with boats or other vehicles currently stored in the yard must register with Cedar Management. For your convenience you may complete our On-line Boat Yard Storage Registration Form that will automatically be sent to Cedar Management.
The Board has authorized quarterly payment of association dues for 2012.
