| Positive: | Excellent Customer Service started with the initial phone call and followed through with repair and project completion. I was able to get scheduled and have the problem fixed on the same day! (the van came with replacement parts). The tech crew was professional, efficient, well informed and helpful with learning the new thermostat and all its capabilities. A happy customer.
In addition to A/C I learned the company handles plumbing and electrical. Fingers crossed, I won't need them, but if something else pops - I'm call this crew. |
