State Law:
North Carolina state law describes a lot of requirements that HOAs have to abide by when holding meetings and setting regulations within the community. These are found under the "Planned Communities Act" which is North Carolina General Statute 47F.
Governing Documents:
The YPHOA have three types of governing documents that are used to direct the actions of the Board and its members.
