| Job: | Jordan Leonard (company president) handled the construction of our house including all planning, site work, and managing all of the trades that were required to build our house. |

| Positive: | From beginning to end Jordan was great through the entire process. He even went around with our RE agent to view lots before recommending the one in Yachtsman's point which we bought site unseen on his recommendation. He enabled us to construct our house while living 800 miles away in New England and only visiting about once a month. Handled changes well and came in on budget! |
| Negative: | Pauses in construction and changes in scheduling were sometimes poorly communicated but these were minor problems. |
